„Happy“ Girlande – Creation Station Blog Hop ‚Color my World‘

Hallo meine Liebe,

ich hoffe Du bist gut in das neue Jahr gestartet!? Ich bin sehr gemütlich und entspannt rein gerutscht und freue mich SEHR auf das neue Jahr! Und was soll ich sagen, es startet phänomenal denn es gibt tolle Neuigkeiten: ich bin ab sofort Teil des Creation Station Design Team !!!

i hope you started well into the new year!? I had a very nice and cosy time with my family and enjoyed it a lot. Now I am looking forward to 2018! And what shall I say, my year started phenomenal because I have really great news: as from now on I am part of the Creation Station Bloghop Team !!!

Mein Gott was habe ich mich gefreut als ich die Email von Elizabeth Price erhalten habe, in der sie mich super lieb gefragt hat, ob ich Teil des Teams werden wolle. Das Team setzt sich aus 15 internationalen Stampin Up! Demonstratoren zusammen, die alle zum 1.Sonntag im Monat einen Beitrag zu einem voher abgestimmten Thema veröffentlichen (Bloghop) – und ich darf ab sofort Teil des Ganzen sein – wie aufregend! Du kannst Dir sicher vorstellen, dass ich da nicht lange überlegen musste und habe natürlich gleich zugesagt! Das ist jetzt gerade mal eine Woche her und *schwups* kommt mein erster Beitrag 🙂

O my god I was so excited when I got the Email from Elisabeth Price, in which she asked me in such a lovely way if I would like to join the Team. The team consists of 15 international Stampin`Up! Demonstrators. Every first Sunday each month we all contribute a project to a specific topic (Bloghop) – and from now on I am a part of it – how amazing! You can probably imagine that I did not have to think about it for a long time and I agreed to join very quickly! This was only one week ago and *whoop* here comes my first contribution 🙂

Das Thema im Januar lautet „Color my World“ und was soll ich sagen, es passt doch hervorragend zu meinem Stil und meinen Lieblingsfarben. Ich mag es knallig bunt und mache mir und hoffentlich auch Dir die Welt einbisschen bunter… da ich noch von meinem Abenteuer Auszeit total tiefenentspannt und gut gelaunt bin, habe ich eine farbenfrohe Girlande mit der Aufschrift   H A P P Y   gestaltet (passt nicht nur zu meiner Stimmung sondern auch zum Jahreswechsel hihihi – Happy New Year ;-)).

The theme for January is „Color my World“ and what shall I say, it fits perfectly to my style and my favorite colors. I like it colorful and I hope to color also your world by today… because I am still more than relaxed from my sabbatical in 2017, I created a garland in bright colors with the wording H A P P Y  (does not only fit to my current mood but also to the turn of the year – Happy New Year ;-))

Die Fähnchen der Girlande habe ich übrigens mit den Framelits „Tasche“ ausgestanzt und lediglich die Klebelaschen an den Seiten abgeschnitten. Ich mag die etwas breitere Fähnchenform und liebe es wenn man den eigentlichen Verwendungszweck etwas verändert. Zum regulären Farbkarton habe ich das wunderschöne neue Glitzerpapier in Bermudablau verwendet. Eigentlich steh ich ja eher weniger auf Glitzer, aber in dieser Kombination muss ich sagen, finde ich es echt schön. Und auch das grüne Glitzerpapier liebe ich bereits – wirst Du in den nächsten Wochen sicher häufiger auf meinen Projekten sehen 😉

The single flags of the garland are made by using the framelits „pocket“, i just cutted the glue laps on the edges. I really like the wider banner shape and love to change the intended use. In addition to the regular cardstock, I used the lovely new glimmer paper in turquoise. To be honest, I am not the real glimmer-fan but in this combination I really like it. Also the glimmer paper in light green that is included in the new occasion catalog is so beautiful that you will see it for sure some more times in my projects 😉
